How do I make a booking on your website?

All bookings are processed in writing. Please send us an email with your request or fill out a short booking form on our website, located here. For either of these 2 methods, please send us the following information:
– Airport of arrival
– Date and time of arrival
– Flight number
– Time of arrival
– Number of passengers & luggage
– Mobile number
– Destination address
– Type of vehicle
– Date & time of pick up for return transfer

What is included in the price?

Price quoted on the website is all inclusive and includes:
Pick up at airport – Price is fixed and includes 1 hour waiting time after plane landing, all taxes and fees! Meet & Greet is included in the price.
Pick up at hotel – Price is fixed and includes all taxes and fees! 15 min waiting time at the pick up point.
Airport – Airport – Price is fixed and includes 1 hour waiting time after plane landing, all taxes and fees! Meet & Greet is included in the price.
Train Station – Address – Price is fixed and includes 15 min waiting time after train arrival, all taxes and fees! Meet & Greet is included in the price.

What if I get held up at customs? Will I be charged extra?

Our policy is such that we allow 1 hour free waiting time after your plane lands.  If you get stuck at customs and come out into arrivals area 1 hour after your plane landed, we would charge you 700 rubles extra for each additional hour.  To avoid this charge, we recommend that you book your pick up from airport 30 minuets after your plane is scheduled to land.  For example, your plane is scheduled to land at 14.00pm.  Our driver will be waiting for you at 14.15pm in arrivals area.  Instead, you should tell us in your booking that you would like the driver to meet you at 14.30pm,  30 minuets after you plane lands.  If you come out into arrivals area before the driver arrives, please wait for him or contact us.

How early do I need to book my car?

You may book with us a minimum of 4 hours before arrival.  If you cannot manage to do so, please email us and we will try to assist you.

Will you meet us at any time of day?

Yes we provide a 24/7 service. We will meet you at any time of day and there is NO extra charge for unsocial hours.  The only time we charge extra is during Russian holidays.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you cannot find a route you want to book then please fill our contact form  with details of transfer required. We will come back to you with a quote in shortest possible time.

What if my flight is delayed? Will I be charged extra?

We monitor flight arrivals before any drivers are dispatched, as a result we do NOT charge you any extra if your flight is delayed.

Are there any additional costs?

After you plane lands, we allow 1 hour free waiting time.  If you do not manage to arrive in this time limit, we charge 700 rubles extra for each additional hour.  We do this to cover parking costs at all Moscow airports.

Payment

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay by cash at your point of destination.  You can pre-pay your booking by credit card via paypal.  We accept most currencies including US Dollars, Euros and Rubles. If you would like to pay in USD or Euros, please email us for a quote in these currencies.

Payments made in advance via paypal (credit card) are invoiced as showen on the website unless different arrangements are made.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Our drivers will be waiting in the arrivals area of the terminal with a name card.  If you would like different arrangements, please state them when you contact us.  Please do not leave the airport if you cannot find the driver and email/sms/call us. Your driver could be round the corner!

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you you cannot locate your driver in arrivals area please contact our English speaking operator on +79162515407

Do you offer discounts?

Absolutely.  We offer discounts to our frequent customers, to clients that book long journeys or whole day sightseeing or personal driver service.  Also, we have discount for round trips.  If you would like more information about our discounts, please contact us.

Can I get a receipt from you?

Please email us after you have taken your transfer.  We will send you a receipt via email.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking 5 hours in advance before your pick up is due, by email only, for cash payment transfer. If you paid by credit card credit card: cancelation before 12 hours before transfer take place, refund will be give 100%, if cancelation less then 12 hours but more then 5 hours before transfer take place then 50% of the sum will be refunded. Booking that are cancelled less than 5 hours before pick up is due, no refund will be given.

Change in pick up or drop off address less than 5 hours before booking is due might incur extra charge due to distance change.
